We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's our return policy:

Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us by emailing contact@nextdestinationstore.com within 30 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo and description of the damaged or defective item

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Returns for Other Reasons

Due to the unique nature of the manufacturing process, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Wrong size or colour ordered
  • Change of mind

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
